Brand voice and appearance
RelyAI can sound like your brand and look like part of your app. This guide walks through the two settings tabs that control that: Brand Voice, which shapes the words the AI produces, and Appearance, which styles the chatbox launcher.
Set your brand voice
Open RelyAI → Settings → Brand Voice. Three fields shape every rewrite and every piece of copy the AI generates:
- Tone adjectives — the personality you want. The default is warm, witty, confident, plain-spoken. Edit the list to match your brand.
- Forbidden words — phrases the AI should avoid. The default blocks synergy, leverage, click here, free!!. Add your own no-go words here.
- Voice sample — a short passage of your writing that the AI uses as a style reference.

How the voice is resolved
RelyAI resolves brand voice per-user first, then the global setting, then a built-in default — so an individual's preference wins, otherwise your global voice applies. It feeds universal rewrite and all generated copy.
Style the chatbox
Open RelyAI → Settings → Appearance to control how the chatbox launcher looks and where it sits:
- Launcher position — bottom-right (default), top-right, in the top bar, or beside search.
- Color theme — pastel violet (default), teal, orange, green or indigo.
- Launcher glyph — the icon on the bubble: sparkles (default), plus chat bubble, magic wand, star, helper, bolt, brain, robot, concierge and forum.
- Unread-dot animation — how the "new message" dot behaves: pulse (default), static or hidden.
RelyAI → Settings → Appearance
Pick a position and theme that fit your admin skin, then check the chatbox to see the launcher in place.
