GST Manager for WHMCS

GST Manager makes your WHMCS invoicing GST-compliant for India. It sets up the right tax rules, prints proper GST invoices, classifies clients as B2B or B2C, handles export invoices, and gives you the CSV reports you need at filing time — with a guided wizard that configures everything on first run.

A quick vocabulary

GST is India's Goods and Services Tax. GSTIN is your 15-character GST registration number. IGST / CGST / SGST are the inter-state / central / state components of GST. SAC codes classify services for tax; Purpose Codes (RBI) classify export payments. B2B means a client who has a GSTIN; B2C means one who doesn't.

Who it is for

An Indian WHMCS business that needs its invoices and tax reporting to satisfy GST rules — correct IGST vs CGST/SGST on every invoice, compliant invoice formatting, export-invoice (FEMA) handling, and clean GSTR-1 data — without wiring any of it up by hand.

The guided setup

On a fresh, licensed install, opening Addons → GST Manager launches a 7-step Setup Wizard that walks you through licensing, WHMCS prerequisites, your GSTIN and tax rules, company identity, SAC/Purpose codes, bank & export details, and invoice-template deployment. Only the GSTIN step is mandatory; everything else can be skipped and finished later. See the setup wizard.
