RelyAI for AcelleMail
RelyAI puts an AI assistant inside AcelleMail. Your customers get a chatbox that answers product questions, one-click rewrite on any text, and smarter subject lines; your team gets coaches for deliverability, segments, campaigns and forms — and you get a full observability suite so every AI action is logged, rated and auditable. You bring the AI provider key; RelyAI handles the rest, gated behind your license and your rules.

A quick vocabulary
An engine is an AI provider + model you connect (for example OpenAI GPT-4o mini) — you can add several and pick a default. The agent is the chatbox upgraded so it can do things for you by calling tools, always confirming anything destructive. A coach is a task-specific tips panel (deliverability, segment, campaign, form). A feature flag turns each capability on or off.
Who it is for
An AcelleMail operator who wants practical AI — help for customers in the chatbox, faster copy for marketers, and deliverability/segment/campaign guidance — without losing control. Every feature is a switch, every action is logged, costs are capped, and nothing runs until your license is active.
What you get
| Area | What it does |
|---|---|
| Chatbox | A knowledge-base support bot, or an action-taking agent (opt-in) that can build lists, automations and more — always with confirmation and undo |
| Rewrite | A sparkle (✦) popover that improves, shortens, expands or re-tones any selected text |
| Subject A/B | Four angle-tagged subject-line variants in the campaign editor, on demand |
| Coaches | Deliverability, segment, campaign and form tips panels on the relevant pages |
| Observability | Usage, conversations, tool-call audit (with CSV export), feedback and self-improve dashboards |
| Control | Multiple engines, per-feature flags, quotas and limits, brand voice, permissions, and HMAC file integrity |
How it fits into AcelleMail
RelyAI adds a RelyAI group to the AcelleMail sidebar (Dashboard, Engines, Feature Flags, the observability dashboards, and Settings) and mounts the customer-facing chatbox, rewrite popover and coaches through AcelleMail's own theme — no core files are modified.
You connect an engine and a license first
AI features stay off until you (1) activate your license under Settings → License and (2) connect an AI provider under Settings → Engines & Keys. See Licensing and Connect an engine.
