Coaches

Coaches are RelyAI's task-specific tip panels. Each one lives as a small chip on the page it relates to; click it and a tips slide-in opens with advice tailored to what you're working on. Think of a coach as a knowledgeable colleague looking over your shoulder — it suggests, explains and critiques, but it never changes anything on its own. You stay in control; you apply (or ignore) every suggestion yourself in the normal AcelleMail screens.

There are four coaches, and all of them ship off by default. Turn on the ones you want under RelyAI → Settings → Feature Flags.

The Deliverability coach

On your Sending, Deliverability and Reputation pages, this coach audits your DNS setup, takes a guess at the likely cause behind bounces, and suggests a warm-up path for a new sending domain or IP. Use it when your inbox placement or bounce rate needs attention.

The Segment coach

In the segment builder, describe a goal in plain language and the coach suggests the segment rules to match it. It can also critique a segment you've already built and explain what each operator actually does. You still apply the changes in the segment wizard — the coach just points the way.

The Campaign coach

In the campaign editor, this coach flags spam-trigger words in your copy, offers preheader patterns, suggests good send-time windows, and helps you with the A/B-split math so your test is meaningful. Pair it with the subject A/B generator when you're polishing a send.

The Form coach

On your Forms, the coach suggests a field set suited to the form's intent, points out GDPR gaps to close, and helps you word a clear success message. Reach for it whenever you're building or tidying a signup form.

Advice, not actions

Coaches are read-and-suggest only. Unlike the agent, they have no ability to make changes — so you can leave them on without any risk of a surprise edit.
