Updating

The Razorpay gateway plugin updates manually. There is no in-app auto-updater — no "Check for Updates" button and no "Update Now" — so you stay in control of when a new version goes live. The process is a quick two steps: download the latest ZIP, then upload it. Your settings are preserved.

Download the update

Sign in to your relyweb.co client area. Your latest entitled release and its changelog are published there — download the current relyweb-razorpay-vX.Y.Z.zip for your license. Always take the newest build listed against your license so you get every fix and security update.

Read the changelog first

The changelog next to the download tells you what changed. Check it — and this app's changelog — before applying an update to a busy production server.

Upload it

In AcelleMail, go to Admin → Plugins → Upload Plugin and upload the new ZIP over the existing install. Your settings are preserved: your API Key ID, API Key Secret, license key and Webhook Secret all persist, because they live in AcelleMail's own database, not in the plugin files. You do not need to re-enter credentials or re-map subscription plans after an update.

What updates need (by license type)

Your ability to download new builds follows your license and its Support & Updates window:

  • Leased — while your subscription is active, you can download the latest release from the client area.
  • Lifetime — you keep the version you're entitled to; downloading newer builds depends on your Support & Updates coverage.

If a download link is missing or greyed out, your Support & Updates window has likely lapsed — renew from the client area to regain access to the newest builds.

If an update won't apply

  • Re-download the ZIP in case the file was truncated, and upload the whole ZIP (don't unzip it).
  • Confirm your server still meets the requirements — the ionCube Loader 13.0.2+ must be active on PHP 8.2–8.5.
  • After uploading, open Admin → Plugins → Razorpay → Settings and confirm the license badge still reads Active. If it doesn't, re-save Settings (a local background check runs against relyweb.co; brief outages are tolerated).
  • Still stuck? See Troubleshooting.
