Installation
Installing the Razorpay gateway is quick: you upload the plugin, activate it, then enter your license and Razorpay credentials once. There are no core patches and no shell access to configure — as soon as you save valid settings, both gateways appear in AcelleMail's payment-gateway list. Have your license key and your Razorpay Key ID and Key Secret to hand before you start.
Step 1 — Upload the plugin
Log in to AcelleMail as an admin and open Admin → Plugins → Upload Plugin. Upload the plugin archive you downloaded from your relyweb.co client area — for example relyweb-razorpay-vX.Y.Z.zip. AcelleMail unpacks it and adds Razorpay to your plugin list.

Step 2 — Activate
Find Razorpay in Admin → Plugins and activate it. Activation registers the plugin and its settings page. Nothing charges yet — the two gateways stay hidden until you enter a valid license and your API keys in the next step.
Step 3 — Enter license and credentials
Open Admin → Plugins → Razorpay → Settings and fill in:
- License Key — your key from relyweb.co.
- API Key ID — your Razorpay Key ID (starts with
rzp_live_orrzp_test_). - API Key Secret — the matching secret from the Razorpay dashboard.
- Webhook Secret (optional) — from Razorpay Dashboard → Webhooks, used to verify incoming events.
Then click Save Settings. When the license validates, a green Active badge appears.

Step 4 — The gateways appear
Once you save with a valid license and API keys, Razorpay and Razorpay Subscription are created automatically and show up under Admin → Payment Gateways → Add — no manual wiring. The direct Razorpay gateway is ready for one-time INR invoice payments straight away. The Razorpay Subscription gateway needs one more step per plan: mapping.
Finish the setup
- Configure webhooks so payment and subscription events are received and signature-verified.
- Set up subscriptions to map your INR plans and enable recurring billing.
