Uninstalling
You can turn the Razorpay gateways off temporarily by deactivating the plugin, or remove it entirely by deleting its files. Deactivation is fully reversible; deletion is not. Either way, your AcelleMail payment and transaction records are unaffected.
Deactivate (reversible)
In Admin → Plugins, deactivate the Razorpay plugin. Both the Razorpay and Razorpay Subscription gateways are automatically removed from Admin → Payment Gateways — you don't have to delete them by hand. Existing payment records stay in place, and reactivating the plugin restores both gateways with your saved settings intact.
Prefer this if you're unsure
Deactivating is the safe, undoable option. Use it to pause payments — for maintenance or while you sort out billing — without losing any configuration.
Remove all data
To remove the plugin completely, delete its files from AcelleMail. When you do:
- Your saved settings (API keys, license key, Webhook Secret) are removed.
- The local license cache file is removed —
storage/app/plugins/relyweb/razorpay/.license_cache. - Your AcelleMail payment and transaction records are unaffected. This plugin uses AcelleMail's own payment tables, so there are no custom database tables to clean up.
Back up first
Deleting is irreversible. Take a database backup before you remove the plugin — see Backup and restore. If you reinstall later, you'll re-enter your license key and Razorpay credentials to bring the gateways back.
