Uninstalling

You can remove the Cashfree gateway in two stages: deactivate it (reversible, keeps your settings) or fully delete it (removes the files and saved settings). Your AcelleMail payment records are never touched either way.

Deactivate

In Admin → Plugins, click Deactivate on the Cashfree plugin. When you deactivate:

• Both the Cashfree and Cashfree Subscription gateways are automatically removed from Admin → Payment Gateways, so customers can no longer select them.
• Your saved settings stay in the database.

This is reversible — reactivating the plugin re-creates both gateways with your existing license and credentials, exactly as before. Deactivate if you just want to pause Cashfree temporarily.

Remove all data

To remove the plugin entirely, delete its files after deactivating. When you delete:

• Your saved settings (license key, App ID, Secret Key, Sandbox toggle, Webhook Secret and plan mappings) are removed.
• The local license cache file storage/app/plugins/relyweb/cashfree/.license_cache is removed with it.
• Your AcelleMail payment and transaction records are unaffected — they belong to AcelleMail, not the plugin. There are no custom database tables to clean up, because the gateways use AcelleMail's own payment tables.

Back up first

Deleting is not reversible — you'll need to re-enter your license and credentials to reinstall. Take a database backup before you delete. See Backup and restore.
