Settings reference

Every Zoho Payments setting lives on the gateway form at Setup → Payment Gateways → Zoho Payments. This page is a quick reference to all nine fields with their defaults. For step-by-step guidance on filling them in, see Configuration.

Refresh token and webhook secret

You don't type the Refresh Token by hand — save your Client ID and Client Secret first, then use the "Click Here to Generate Token" helper link. The Webhook Secret field also displays the Webhook URL to register in Zoho: https://yourdomain.com/modules/gateways/zohopayments/webhooks/paylink_webhook.php

Test Mode and Data Center

Two fields change how and where the gateway talks to Zoho:

  • Data Center must match the region of your Zoho account — IN for .in, US for .com. The default is IN. Your OAuth app and Account ID must belong to the same region.
  • Test Mode defaults to No (live). Set it to Yes while testing, then back to No to accept real payments. See the Going live guide.

Where to see gateway activity

Zoho Payments records its activity in the Gateway Log, at Utilities → Logs → Gateway Log. This is where you check what happened when a payment, token refresh, or webhook doesn't behave as expected — for example a rejected webhook, an OAuth token problem, or a payment that was blocked while the license was inactive.
