Uninstalling

You can stop PayGlocal Recurring at any time by deactivating it, or remove it completely by deleting its files. Read the mandate note at the end first — deactivating in WHMCS stops your charges, but it does not revoke existing mandates at PayGlocal.

Deactivate (reversible)

To stop taking payments and auto-charges without removing anything, go to Setup → Payment Gateways, open PayGlocal Recurring, and deactivate it. New payments and the daily recurring charges stop immediately. Your settings and the stored mandates remain, so you can reactivate later and pick up where you left off.

Remove all data (irreversible)

To remove the gateway completely, first deactivate it as above, then delete the module files from your WHMCS installation:

• modules/gateways/payglocalrecurring.php
• modules/gateways/payglocalrecurring/ (the whole folder)
• modules/gateways/callback/payglocalrecurring.php
• includes/hooks/payglocalrecurring_cron.php

The mandates table is kept unless you drop it

Removing the files does not delete stored data. The mandates table mod_payglocalrecurring_mandates remains in your WHMCS database unless you drop it manually. Dropping it is irreversible — take a database backup first, and only drop it if you're certain you'll never need the mandate history again.

What deactivating does not do

Deactivating (or deleting the files) stops WHMCS from charging, but it does not revoke your customers' existing mandates at PayGlocal. At PayGlocal, an active mandate is only revoked automatically when you delete the client in WHMCS. If you want to make sure a mandate can never be charged again, revoke it directly with PayGlocal.

Temporarily disable instead

If you only need a pause — for maintenance or a billing freeze — just deactivate the gateway. It's fully reversible and keeps every mandate and setting intact.
