# Billing & plans

GST Manager uses **Shopify App Pricing**. All app charges are billed directly on your monthly Shopify invoice, with no external payment forms or credit card entry required.

All paid plans come with a **7-day free trial** (granted once per store).

### Free ($0/mo)

* Up to 50 orders per month
* Compliant Tax Invoice & Credit Note PDFs

* Shopify Plus B2B Company tax ID support
* Proforma invoice downloads for B2B orders
* Per-fulfillment tax invoices for partial shipments
* Invoice immutability (locks line items at creation)
* Multi-warehouse dispatch locations (different GSTINs per state)
* Send invoices from your own custom domain (Resend / SMTP)

### Scale ($49/mo or $449/yr)

*Everything in Pro, plus:*

* Unlimited orders per month
* Priority support

## How to change your plan

1. In Shopify admin, open **Apps → GST Manager → Plans** (or **Settings → Plans**).
2. Toggle between **Monthly** or **Yearly** billing.
3. Click **Select plan** on your chosen tier.
4. Review and approve the charge inside your Shopify admin.
5. Your store is upgraded immediately. Shopify automatically prorates any unused time.

## How monthly order limits work

* The order counter resets on the 1st of every calendar month.
* When you reach 90% of your limit, a notification banner appears on your dashboard.
* If you reach 100% of your limit, new orders are saved as **Proforma** until you upgrade or until the new month begins. Existing invoices remain accessible and unchanged.
