# Hide the currency switcher

Once GeoSync Pro is picking the right currency for each guest, you may not want visitors to change
it manually. The **Hide Currency Switcher** toggle removes WHMCS's built-in currency selector so
guests simply see the currency GeoSync Pro chose for them.

## What the toggle does

Go to **Addons → GeoSync Pro → Currency** and turn on **Hide Currency Switcher**. When enabled, it
hides — **for non-logged-in visitors only** — the currency selection dropdown in the client area
and the currency field on the registration page. Logged-in customers are unaffected and keep full
control of their own currency.

::: info Why hide it?
With localisation on, the switcher is usually redundant: guests already see their local currency.
Hiding it keeps the experience clean and consistent.
:::

## Supported built-in templates

The toggle works out of the box with the standard WHMCS client-area templates:

* **Six**
* **Twenty-One**
* **Nexus**

If you use one of these, no further steps are needed.

## Third-party themes and order forms

For third-party themes or order forms (for example Lagom), GeoSync Pro's toggle may not reach the
switcher, because those themes render currency controls their own way. In that case you'll also
need to **disable the currency switcher in the theme's or order form's own settings**.

::: warning Watch for the on-screen warning
GeoSync Pro detects when your active template or order form isn't one of the built-in defaults and
warns you on-screen. If you see that notice — or the switcher still appears after enabling the
toggle — disable it in the theme/order-form settings too.
